but do you know how much poison in terms of herbicide, insecticide, molluscide, and other cides an average hectare of farmland receives a year? and their effect on the land and biodiversity (if any) there? how much unproductive chemical fertilizer carrier it has to absorb a year? have you considered why more and more chemical fertilizer is needed to produce the same volume of palay in each cropping in the same field, and why?

do you know how much biodiversity is destroyed when you convert a hectare of forest to a monocropping field like a ricefarm? how many insects and animals you deprive of habitat and food? and by how much volume of oxygen is deducted from the normal rate when there is a forest in the same area?

well, then, i dare you tell me.

what mining enterprises have you visited and how do they work their mines? do you understand how strip-mining, tunnel-mining, and kamote-mining differ from each other?
do you know that a mined-over land need be rehabilitated according to the law? do you understand how rehabilitation is completed in a mined-over area?

if you know, please tell me so i can explain to you my reasons.

You should do more and deeper researh on the effect of mining before writing anything like this.sobrang babaw ng arguments mo. How dare you compare the destruction caused by mining activity to farm-making, etc!
